1. Deposit: If taken
2. First instalment: Includes flat rate interest charge
3. Second regular instalment
4. Draw Down funds from Bank: Less instalments received
5. Settle with Insurer
6. Further monthly instalments: To complete loan repayment
7. Total income generated: Total of deposit and instalments
8. Gross Credit Margin: Total income less bank interest
9. Broker Net Income: Less bank charges & Tactica service fee
